Introducing Larry Copponi, VP Staffing Solutions

Spanner is pleased to announce the appointment of Larry Copponi as the company’s VP of Staffing Solutions.  Larry brings over three decades of experience in technical staffing and a remarkable passion for helping candidates and clients connect to design and build innovative products. 

Larry will lead Spanner's new staffing division focused on providing world-class engineering support to industries including Consumer Electronics, Robotics, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, Medical, Home Automation, Automotive, and Wearables, providing Mechanical Engineers, Product Designers, Industrial Designers, Electrical and Quality Engineers, and various other disciplines focused on furthering Spanner’s mission to enable the creation of innovative products that bring meaningful impact to people’s lives.

Throughout his career, Larry has successfully supported hundreds of companies - from startups to enterprises - to identify and connect talent when their internal recruiting teams fell short. His dedication to assisting clients in building exceptional teams of engineers, particularly in the absence of established HR infrastructure, showcases his unique and proven strengths in the industry.

Despite not having a technical background, Larry has always been fascinated by technology and the process of designing and building things. His commitment to this specialization has made him exceptionally good at connecting individuals with their ideal roles while helping companies address their staffing needs.
